\nIndustry Veteran Will Lead Sourcing Strategy <\/i>for the Firm\u2019s Healthcare Group<\/i>\n<\/p>\n

BOSTON–(BUSINESS WIRE)–Thomas H. Lee Partners, L.P. <\/a>(\u201cTHL\u201d), a premier private equity firm investing in middle-market growth companies, today announced the appointment of Sam Hendler as Managing Director and Head of Business Development for the firm\u2019s healthcare investment group. Hendler, who brings over 20 years of experience as an M&A advisor to premier middle-market companies, will lead the firm\u2019s continued work in identifying growth opportunities across the healthcare market.\n<\/p>\n

\nIn his new role, Hendler will join other senior leaders of the Healthcare group in developing new Identified Sector Opportunities (ISOs) for future investment and building and maintaining relationships with management teams, investors, and advisors across the healthcare market. He will also lead the group\u2019s sourcing efforts for both new investments and current portfolio companies. The firm currently invests in five healthcare sectors: Healthcare IT, Pharmaceutical Services, Home-based Care, Consumer Healthcare, and Medtech Services.\n<\/p>\n
