SAN DIEGO–(BUSINESS WIRE)–Kurin Inc., the inventor and manufacturer of Kurin\u00ae<\/sup> blood culture collection sets, announced that the U.S. District Court for the District of Delaware has entered a judgment that Kurin does not infringe U.S. Patent No. 9,855,001 in the patent-infringement lawsuit Magnolia brought against Kurin. Magnolia earlier withdrew two other patents from the case, leaving just one of the four originally asserted patents for the upcoming trial.\n<\/p>\n
