(\u201cSuneva\u201d or the \u201cCompany\u201d), an innovative medical technology company using regenerative medicine to change the standard of care in aesthetic treatments, announced that VHAQ filed a registration statement on Form S-4 (the “Registration Statement”) with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission (“SEC”) on July 13, 2022.\n<\/p>\n

\nThe Registration Statement, contains a preliminary proxy statement\/prospectus in connection with the previously announced business combination between VHAQ and Suneva<\/a>.
