ATLANTA–(BUSINESS WIRE)–$VIRI<\/a> #Biotech<\/a>–Virios Therapeutics, Inc. (Nasdaq: VIRI<\/b>), a development-stage biotechnology company focused on advancing novel, combination antiviral therapies to treat debilitating chronic diseases, including fibromyalgia, announced today that it intends to offer to sell shares of its common stock in an underwritten public offering. All of the shares of common stock are to be sold by the Company.\n<\/p>\n

\nThe Company intends to use the net proceeds from the offering primarily to further advance the clinical development of IMC-1 and for working capital and general corporate purposes.\n<\/p>\n
