NASHVILLE, Tenn.–(BUSINESS WIRE)–US Heart & Vascular (\u201cUSHV\u201d), a leading national provider of support services to cardiovascular physician practices, announced today that Mike Englehart has joined the organization as Chief Executive Officer.\n<\/p>\n

\n\u201cWith a growing footprint of practice affiliates, a strong management team, and a supportive financial partner, I am excited to lead USHV to achieve its goal to create the nation\u2019s premier cardiovascular physician-focused support service organization,\u201d said Mike Englehart, Chief Executive Officer of USHV.\n<\/p>\n

\nPrior to joining USHV, Mike served as President and Chief Operating Officer of American Orthopedic Partners (\u201cAOP\u201d), a national orthopedic practice started in 2020. As one of the founders of the national practice, his role was to help grow the footprint of top tier orthopedic surgeons passionate about clinical excellence, patient care, and moving to value based care.\u00a0 Prior to AOP, Mike served as the Senior Vice President of physician practices and ambulatory services for Trinity Health, one of the largest healthcare systems in the country. Mike also served as President and CEO of Presence Health in Chicago, one of the largest health systems in Illinois, where he oversaw several operational and revenue cycle initiatives that drove a meaningful improvement in financial performance.\u00a0 In addition, Mike served as President of Advocate Physician Partners where he led one of the largest clinically integrated population health networks in the country. He also has experience as a hospital CEO, serving as the CEO of Advocate South Suburban Hospital in Hazel Crest, Illinois.\u00a0\n<\/p>\n
