Early recognition of what is and is not normal for those experiencing menstrual symptoms will have a huge social and economic impact. Importantly it would also ensure greater education and awareness of endometriosis within the medical community.\n<\/p>\n<p class=\"bwmarginl1\">\n\u201cToday has been a historic day for New Jersey. The Assembly women and children committee has voted on 7 bills that address Menstrual health. Legislation such as these will positively impact women and girls in the state of New Jersey, especially A3212 which establishes a menstrual health screening program for individuals suffering from endometriosis and PCOS.\u201d \u2013 New Jersey Assemblywoman Shanique Speight\n<\/p>\n<p>\nDiana Falzone, Endometriosis Foundation of America Ambassador and Executive Producer and host of EndoTV, submitted testimony to the committee in support of the bill.
