SAN FRANCISCO–(BUSINESS WIRE)–Pair Team<\/a>, the tech-enabled team that connects underserved communities to high-quality care while addressing patients’ barriers to care, announced today that Todd Anderson and Connie Kim have joined the company\u2019s executive leadership team. Anderson will serve as Chief Product Officer and Kim will serve as Head of Care Operations.\n<\/p>\n

\nAs CPO, Anderson will lead and facilitate the creation and continuous improvement of Pair Team\u2019s technology platform, which enables primary care clinicians and administrators to deliver high-quality care to underserved and complex patient populations. He is a strategic leader, visionary and team supervisor. Anderson is an advocate of Pair Team\u2019s mission to transform how patients interact with the health care system to improve outcomes and lower the cost of care.\n<\/p>\n

\nDespite the pandemic, which caused patients to avoid medical offices and health care, Pair Team tripled the rate of annual wellness visits and increased revenue by over 40% for clinics in 2021. Pair Team is operational at 20 clinics covering 32,000 lives across two of the largest counties in California, and is contracting with additional health centers and clinics to address core staffing issues while enhancing patient relationships and delivering on their mission to connect underserved communities to much needed high-quality care.\n<\/p>\n
