\nWith a career that spans more than two decades, Eracar comes to TALON from Redox, where she served as Chief Customer Officer since July of 2019 and was responsible for all aspects of the customer journey including pre-sales consulting, product delivery, ongoing solution expansion, and customer support. Prior to that, she spent more than 12.5 years at American Well, where she advanced to Senior Vice President of Professional Services & Customer Support, Privacy Officer. While there, she oversaw product management and was responsible for designing and taking to market a wide range of products.\n<\/p>\n
