(NYSE: TMO) (\u201cThermo Fisher\u201d) announced today that on November 14, 2022 it priced an offering of $1.2 billion aggregate principal amount (the \u201cOffering\u201d) of the following notes:\n<\/p>\n<ul class=\"bwlistdisc\">\n<li>\n$600 million aggregate principal amount of its 4.800% senior notes due 2027 (the \u201c2027 notes\u201d), at the issue price of 99.960% of their principal amount, and\n<\/li>\n<li>\n$600 million aggregate principal amount of its 4.950% senior notes due 2032 (the \u201c2032 notes\u201d and together with the 2027 notes, the \u201cnotes\u201d), at the issue price of 99.797% of their principal amount.\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>\nThe Offering is expected to close on or about November 21, 2022, subject to customary closing conditions.
