TORONTO–(BUSINESS WIRE)–Jack Nathan Medical Corp. (<\/b>TSXV: \u201cJNH\u201d; OTCQB: \u201cJNHMF\u201d) <\/b>(the \u201cCompany<\/b>\u201d) <\/b>reports that it has adjourned its annual and special meeting of shareholders of the Company (the \u201cAGM<\/b>\u201d) until 1:30 p.m. (Toronto time) on Friday, December 23, 2022. The adjourned meeting will be held in person on December 23 (rather than via zoom and teleconference) at the offices of Dickinson Wright LLP, 199 Bay Street, Suite 2200, Commerce Court West, Toronto Ontario, Canada. The rescheduling of the AGM provides additional time to enable shareholders to comply with the Company\u2019s advance notice by-law (the timely notice period required by the by-law will be extended for ten days to the close of business on December 12, 2022) and will allow shareholders to attend and vote at the AGM in person.\n<\/p>\n
