(NYSE: BFLY) (\u201cButterfly\u201d the \u201cCompany\u201d), a digital health company transforming care with handheld, whole-body ultrasound, announced that the Company and Todd Fruchterman, M.D., Ph.D. have mutually agreed that Dr. Fruchterman will leave his position as President and Chief Executive Officer and as a member of the Board of Directors. Dr. Fruchterman will partner with Butterfly\u2019s leadership team through the end of the year to ensure a smooth transition.\n<\/p>\n
