IRVING, Texas–(BUSINESS WIRE)–biote Corp. (NASDAQ: BTMD) (\u201cBiote\u201d or the \u201cCompany\u201d), a leading provider of preventive health care through the delivery of personalized hormone therapy, today announced the pricing of an underwritten public offering of its Class A common stock by certain of its stockholders at a price to the public of $3.00 per share. The gross proceeds from the offering, before deducting underwriting discounts and commissions, are expected to be $22,173,915. The offering consists of 7,391,305 shares of the Company\u2019s Class A common stock. The selling stockholders have granted the underwriters a 30-day option to purchase an aggregate of not more than 1,108,695 additional shares of the Company\u2019s Class A common stock on the same terms and conditions. The Company will not receive any of the proceeds from the sale of the shares offered by the selling stockholders.\n<\/p>\n

\nThe offering is expected to close on or about January 9, 2023, subject to the satisfaction of customary closing conditions.\n<\/p>\n
