\nThe UNC Group 7×24 Exchange SoCal Charity Golf Outing will once again support Children\u2019s Hospital Orange County (CHOC)<\/i><\/b>\n<\/p>\n

RANCHO SANTA MARGARITA, Calif.–(BUSINESS WIRE)–7×24 Southern California Chapter<\/a> today announced that it will host its second annual charity golf tournament on Monday, March 27th, at Tijeras Creek Golf Club<\/a> in Rancho Santa Margarita. The proceeds from the tournament benefit Children\u2019s Hospital Orange County (CHOC)<\/a>.\n<\/p>\n

\nThe UNC Group 7×24 Southern California Charity Golf Tournament<\/a> is proud to support CHOC<\/a>. Last year\u2019s tournament raised $20,000 for CHOC. This year\u2019s tournament will once again consist of a day of golf, networking, food\/drink, and concluding with dinner.\n<\/p>\n

\n\u201cWe\u2019re grateful to 7X24 Exchange SoCal for their crucial support, and we look forward to participating in this year\u2019s tournament,\u201d said Colleen Torres, Senior Associate Director, Digital Philanthropy, CHOC. \u201c7X24 SoCal\u2019s contribution will go a long way in supporting the critical work of the hospital.\u201d\n<\/p>\n

\nSoCal 7×24 Exchange will host a Scramble Tournament. Registration for the tournament opens at 11:00 a.m. There will be many contests, such as putting, $10,000 Hole-in-one contest, Longest Drive, and Closest to Pin.\n<\/p>\n

\n\u201cOur first tournament was a huge success, and we\u2019re excited to once again partner with CHOC and contribute to their important work,\u201d said Gil Granados, President, 7X24 Exchange Southern California Chapter. “This is a great cause, and I am looking forward to seeing all of our friends that make up the SoCal data center ecosystem.\u201d\n<\/p>\n

\nDonations to CHOC will help with telemedicine, social services, innovative research, and clinical assistance. Children\u2019s hospital donations are more critical now than ever. As a non-profit hospital, CHOC treats over 250,000 children annually, regardless of their ability to pay.\n<\/p>\n

\nCHOC recently earned a Four-Star Rating from Charity Navigator. This is the 14th time the Foundation has earned this distinction. This rating designates the Foundation as an official \u201cGive with Confidence\u201d charity.\n<\/p>\n

\nHelicopter Ball Drop<\/strong>\n<\/p>\n

\nDon\u2019t miss the Helicopter Golf Ball Drop<\/a>! Every $10 ball drop purchase is assigned to a numbered golf ball. During our event dinner, a helicopter will drop all the numbered balls at a target hole. The ball that falls into the hole first (or is closest to the hole) will win a percentage of the pot \u2013 up to $2,500. You do not need to be present to win.\n<\/p>\n
