BIRMINGHAM, Ala.–(BUSINESS WIRE)–Today the board of directors of ProAssurance Corporation (NYSE:PRA<\/a>) declared a cash dividend of $0.05 per common share, payable on April 13, 2023 to shareholders of record as of March 29, 2023.\n<\/p>\n

\nOur dividend policy anticipates a total annual dividend of $0.20 per share paid in equal quarterly installments. However, any decision to pay future cash dividends will be subject to the Board\u2019s final determination after a comprehensive review of the company\u2019s financial performance, future expectations, and other factors deemed relevant by the Board.\n<\/p>\n
