BETHESDA, Md.–(BUSINESS WIRE)–Global Medical REIT Inc. (NYSE: GMRE) <\/b>(the \u201cCompany\u201d or \u201cGMRE\u201d), a net-lease medical office real estate investment trust (REIT) that acquires healthcare facilities and leases those facilities to physician groups and regional and national healthcare systems, announced today that its Board of Directors (\u201cBoard\u201d) has declared the Company\u2019s 2023 first quarter common and preferred dividends.\n<\/p>\n

\nCommon Dividend<\/b>\n<\/p>\n

\nThe Board has declared the Company\u2019s 2023 first quarter cash dividend of $0.21 per share of common stock and unit, which will be paid April 11, 2023 to common stockholders and unitholders of record as of March 24, 2023.\n<\/p>\n

\nSeries A Preferred Dividend<\/b>\n<\/p>\n

\nThe Board has also declared a quarterly cash dividend of $0.46875 per share on its Series A Cumulative Redeemable Preferred Stock, $0.001 par value per share (the \u201cSeries A Preferred Stock\u201d), which will be paid on May 1, 2023, to Series A Preferred stockholders of record as of April 15, 2023. This represents the Company\u2019s quarterly dividend on its Series A Preferred Stock for the period from January 31, 2023 through April 29, 2023.\n<\/p>\n
