These findings build upon previous discoveries of the company that specialized B cells, called \u201cB regulatory cells\u201d, correlate with patient response to stem cell therapy<sup>1<\/sup>. In a series of experiments the Company found that B cell depletion abrogated therapeutic effects of JadiCell in a COPD model, and that transfer of a unique population of B cells to na\u00efve mice was able to induce a protective effect.
