BOSTON–(BUSINESS WIRE)–#Leaderoperations<\/a>–Laudio, the leadership operations solution for healthcare, announced the addition of two distinguished leaders to its Strategic Advisory Committee: Intermountain\u2019s Heather Brace (Chief People Officer) and Atrium Health\u2019s Maureen Swick PhD, MSN, RN (retiring Enterprise Senior Vice President of Nursing and Pharmacy). The nine-person committee helps shape and guide Laudio\u2019s strategic priorities to ease the burden for health system leaders by best supporting their key pillars.\n<\/p>\n

Under Swick\u2019s leadership, the American Organization for Nursing Leadership (AONL) recognized Atrium Health with its notable 2022 Prism Award. \u201cToday\u2019s healthcare leaders need support in gathering and using actionable analytics – it\u2019s as important on the operational side as translating evidence into practice is on the clinical side of our work,\u201d said Swick, who retires at the end of March.\n<\/p>\n
