Her book explores the challenges faced by caregivers, including guilt, sibling strife, and old wounds, and provides guidance on how to navigate these emotional complexities.\n<\/p>\n

<\/a><\/p>\n

\nDrawing on her personal experience as a caregiver to her mother for 13 years, Baher shared a unique perspective on the challenges that caregivers face. Her work as a writer, lecturer, and coach on caregiving and life transitions offers a unique perspective on caring for an aging loved one, and offered valuable insights into the emotional toll of caregiving and how to manage it effectively.\n<\/p>\n

\n\u201cCaregiving can be an emotionally complex role, and caregivers may experience conflicting feelings, particularly when making difficult decisions about the care of their loved one,\u201d said Baher. \u201cBy acknowledging these challenges and seeking support from others, caregivers can navigate these difficulties and provide the best possible care for their loved ones.\u201d\n<\/p>\n
