\nSensorion (FR0012596468 \u2013 ALSEN) <\/b>a pioneering clinical-stage biotechnology company which specializes in gene therapies in the ear, is pleased to announce it will host a symposium at the 3rd<\/sup> ISIET\u2019s International Symposium on Inner Ear Therapeutics, an event sponsored by Sensorion, taking place on April 28-30, 2023, in Marrakech, Morocco.<\/p>\n

\nMembers of Sensorion\u2019s management team will participate in-person in ISIET\u2019s<\/b> International Symposium on Inner Ear Therapeutics<\/b>, on April 30, 2023, in Marrakech, Morocco. The team will present Sensorion and its ongoing gene therapy programs, OTOF-GT, for the treatment of hearing loss caused by mutations of the gene encoding for otoferlin, and GJB2-GT, for the treatment of hearing loss caused by mutations in GJB2<\/i> gene, from 9am to 9.45am GMT (5am \u2013 5.45am EDT).<\/p>\n

\nSensorion\u2019s clinical-stage portfolio includes one Phase 2 product: SENS-401 (Arazasetron) progressing in a planned Phase 2 proof of concept clinical study of SENS-401 in Cisplatin-Induced Ototoxicity (CIO) and, with partner Cochlear Limited, in a study of SENS-401 in patients scheduled for cochlear implantation. A Phase 2 study of SENS-401 was also completed in Sudden Sensorineural Hearing Loss (SSNHL) in January 2022.<\/p>\n
