At USS, Russell played an integral role in the transformation of the organization\u2019s operational playbook, commercial engine, digital capabilities, and strategic vision. Before USS, Russell spent 10 years at Aggreko in multiple executive leadership roles, including Managing Director of North America and SVP of Product Development (HVAC) and Head of M&A for North America.
