These transformative acquisitions accelerate Innovia\u2019s strategic vision of building a vertically integrated manufacturer of physician-preferred, consumable surgical products specializing in Ear, Nose and Throat (\u201cENT\u201d) and Ophthalmic procedures, as well as sterile processing systems.<\/p>\n
