GREENWICH, Conn.–(BUSINESS WIRE)–Amulet Capital Partners, LP (\u201cAmulet\u201d), a middle-market private equity investment firm focused exclusively on the healthcare sector, today announced the sale of SSI Strategy (\u201cSSI\u201d), a trusted strategic consulting partner to biotech innovators, to Clinigen, the global pathfinder accelerating patient access to critical medicines across the lifecycle. Financial terms of the transaction were not disclosed.<\/p>\n

\nSince partnering with Amulet in 2020, SSI has significantly enhanced and broadened its offerings through organic service line expansions, as well as completing a number of targeted, strategic acquisitions.<\/p>\n
